Shipping Policy
FREE standard shipping on orders over £50.
All parcels sent using our standard delivery will be shipped using “Royal Mail Tracked 48hr With Age Verification”. Orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched next working day.
Need it faster? Upgrade your shipping to “Royal Mail Tracked 24hr With Age Verification” for an additional cost of £6.95.
Offshore
We deliver to anywhere within the UK.
However, please allow up to 2 additional days postage on top of estimated delivery times if your items are being delivered to any of the following;
Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney, Sark, Herm.
Custom declarations will be added to these locations.
Outside of the UK
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to deliver outside of the UK. However, we will be working on this in the future. Follow us on social media to see updates.
Return Policy

We pride ourselves in providing a service/product of the highest standard. However, on the rare occasion a customer is dissatisfied we will do our best to rectify. Should there be an issue with your order get in touch with us immediately via email. You will receive a response within 2 working days.
If the delivery has arrived damaged, please provide photographs to show this.
We will initially offer a reasonable solution in the form of exchange or partial refund. However, if a solution wasn’t met, we ask that all products are returned to us, in original condition, to be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping cost is not covered by ourselves.
Any issues should be reported to us within 14 days of the order date, we are unable to process complaints after this time due to terms laid out in our privacy policy.
Unless advertised our products are shipped in standard shipping boxes.
If an order is returned due to no answer at the address your order will be refunded minus any shipping charges.
This does not affect your consumer rights.
