FAQ

  • Do you have to be 18+ to accept the cocktails?
    Yes, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48hr with Age Verification which has a Challenge 25 policy upon accepting parcels. If you are fortunate enough to look under 25, they will ask to see proof of age. Royal Mail will accept a valid and in date Passport or Driving Licence as proof of age.
  • How long do your drinks last?
    Each drink has a minimum shelf life of four months. Due to the variety of ingredients used, some of the selection last longer (best before date is located on the base of the bottle). Once opened, our cocktails should be consumed within two days.
  • Do your drinks need to be stored in the fridge?
    No. All of our cocktails are pasteurised to enable them to be stored at room temperature, in a cool, dark place. We would recommend storing them out of direct sunlight, as this may affect the colour.
  • Are your cocktails suitable for vegans?
    Yes, all of our cocktails are vegan and gluten free. Should you have any questions in regard to the suitability of our cocktails to your dietary requirements, please do not hesitate to get in touch via email. We will be happy to answer any queries.
  • How many portions are in one bottle?
    Each bottle contains 200ml of our premium small batch cocktails. Feedback from our customers suggests that each bottle contains two portions, however we prefer to think of it as one generously large measure.
  • Are you launching any new flavours or different sized bottles?
    We are regularly working with our in-house mixologist to expand our range as well as offering seasonal specials. In the coming months we will offer different bottle sizes, furthering our range.
  • Are any areas of the UK excluded from delivery?
    We deliver UK wide. However, please allow extra time for postage to the following areas; Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney, Sark, Herm. Custom declarations will be added to these locations.
  • Do you deliver to outside of the UK?
    Unfortunately, we are not currently able to deliver outside of the UK. However, we will be working on this in the future. Follow us on social media to see updates.
