The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the some or all of the following information:

We on occasion may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Third party payment services such as PayPal - we may receive your address, personal financial information as well as contact details

  • Third party individuals or businesses purchasing our products on your behalf or as a gift/competition prize.

We use the information that you have given us in to process your orders and answer queries or communications.

We will not share this information with third parties outside of couriers and delivery services specifically for fulfilling orders placed.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on our online system.

We keep your relevant personal details for 30 days. We will then dispose your information by permanently removing it from our systems.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our product or service and a complaint is made we may require to hold your details for a longer period of time. Should this be the case we will see that your information is securely disposed of, in due course and within a reasonable timeframe.

On occasion when details may need to be printed – we will securely destroy and dispose of immediately after use.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
